- So May is also Family Wellness Month. Nordic walking can be a family affair.
- Speaking of family wellness, May 18 is also Visit Your Relatives Day. Here's an idea: Bring them to this Nordic walking event and introduce them to a great sport.

Come to McCallum Park on May 18, 2019 to Nordic walk and to connect with others in Nordic walking groups.

- Dress for walking and for the weather.
- Bring some water.
- No charge; poles provided. Look for the white Nordic walking sign.
Begun as fitness at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) classes, this great activity is open to everyone.
