Improved mobility for Parkinson’s patients

This study showed positive results in helping Parkinson’s patients get a way from a sedentary lifestyle.

Outcomes:

  • Improved walking speed
  • Faster timed get-up-and-go-test
  • Longer walking distances
  • Sense of improved quality of life
  • Increased activity and movement during the day

The positive effects  persisted  for at least up to five months after the exercises in the study.
