This study showed positive results in helping Parkinson’s patients get a way from a sedentary lifestyle.

- Faster timed get-up-and-go-test
- Longer walking distances
- Sense of improved quality of life
- Increased activity and movement during the day
The positive effects persisted for at least up to five months after the exercises in the study.
